What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning date may incur a fee, as we are unable to fill the time slot on short notice. Rescheduling is free if done with sufficient notice.
